We are flying with easyjet from Manchester to Alicante in August, we have both had our vaccinations, we have a place in cocentaina, does anyone know if we require a pcr to travel on the plane, difficult to get response from easyjet

Whatever the requirements are now they may well be different in August.  Easyjet will send you an email a week or two before travelling that will tell you very clearly what the requirements are then.

Hi Sandra,

Spain´s rules change at 00:00am on Friday, 2nd July, with entry to the country only being granted to those with proof of double-vaccination, OR a negative PCR test, so long as you haven´t been to a "risk" country within 14 days of flying.  When I looked at the airline websites last week (Ryanair, Vueling and Easyjet), none of them required a PCR test, but you still need to comply with Spain´s regulations.  However, with over a month before you travel, you should keep a check on any developments.

Kind regards,

Kim
