Odd Suma bill

Hello everyone
Can anyone help me with my problem❓❓❓
It's the Suma.... normally it comes out of my account in May for €53.20 which didn't come out because of the current situation. They send me an email to pay it with debit card, so I did on June 15th.
Then I received another email saying it will come out on 13th August which confused me because I've already paid it ❓
This morning they have taken €21.23 which is odd and already been paid.
I go to the Suma office and there's allsorts of notices on the door. Any help would be great and thank you.
