the easte agent was amazed when he started photoing my property 4 bedroom 2 bathroom large kitichen with larder /large double lounge with fireplace .onto a double conservatory with bar .onto to a double porch.outside all done with spanish style all land tiled with lighing high wall all around with electric gate and single gate with camera and bell leading to covered car port .swimming pool with heating .and outside bathroon leading to covered barbacue with out side kitchen and grill seating ten people .bottom of garden very large tool room.house fully heated in winter cool in summer .lighting in pool standard lights .so when you comeout the pool you need no shoes tiled to bathroom . and the french and germans love to be near a railway station where they can travel to alicante.then take the c6 bus to alicante airport for 3 euroes coming back taking the crevillent train back to your house,or at alicante taking the fast train to london..never knew all this till the estate agent told us,last year i had cancer stayed in hospital .elche.this year had a pace maker put in .told not to drive but having the train station bottom of our lane was easy just caught the train to another town which had a super market close by..mywife andi areboth over 81 years old now and need to be with our grand children in england.
