I would like to arrange an English speaking key holder for my villa on the Cumbre del Sol. Needs to be local and able to respond to electrical power outages to reset and the odd visit from builders etc.

Hello my name is Maria.
I'm a Spanish woman living in Ireland for the past 20 years and recently relocated to Cumbres with my Irish husband where we own a property.
I own a rental apartment and keyhold for that of another landlord, in Dublin.
I am competent and experienced in all aspects of Spanish expatriate living.

Are you still working as a key holder? I have a Villa in el portet and am looking for an English speaking person to carry out key holder duties to give access to tradespeople.

It would be a permanent position, however obviously once the works have been completed this year, there would be less need to call upon your services, unless you offer a house cleaning and laundry service also?

No, the house is just used by my family. We do have a key holder currently but she is Spanish and sometimes things get lost in translation and tradesmen are left hanging around! There’s not a lot of work going on at once but people are booked in throughout the rest of this year.
