I'm currently experiencing problems with my Deutchbank account, can't log in online and they can't help in the bank itself (tell me to go online!)

I've decided to close the account. Can anyone recommend a good bank in Moraira?

Thank you.

I use both Imagin and Wefferent. Both online accounts and I cannot fault them. Imagin in particular so far has been the best bank I have ever used in Spain, I'm new to Wefferent (I wanted it to connect to my business account) but so far so good.

Thank you very much for your reply.

So they don't have branches?

No they are online but Imagin is part of La Caixa so you use there ATMs and they (surprisingly) have a very easy to contact customer service number or they can call you and help you via the phone. Wefferent use all the Cajamar groups ATMs and branches

Hi JoJo

I now use a combination of Wise and Imagin. All my income is in GBP and paid directly into Wise where I convert to euros as necessary. I can then transfer that to Imagin if required.

Cheers

Steve

Thanks. Much appreciated.

I am going once more into Deutchbank to see if I can access my account but if not will close it..if that's possible!

I can't access it online or by phone. All very frustrating.
