Hi

I am looking for a builder to build a sun terrace to the side of my house. Replacing windows with patio doors.

Also I need a toilet and basin fitted into the roof room.

I will, of course, need all the appropriate legal permissions too.

I'd recommend Don Aluminio builders - they're a fully legal business here for 15 years and can build anything from a step to a house from scratch.   Plamen and his team are excellent.  Lesley, who is English, will arrange for them to visit and quote for you:

Thank you.

Sounds ideal

Can they get, or advise on planning permission (or whatever it's called in Spain)?

Yes, you can do it yourself (if your Spanish is good enough), with their advice, or let them know whether you want them to do it on your behalf.

Kind regards,

Kim

Hi Paul,

I think in your excitement, you posted this in the wrong thread 😂  Not to worry, but nothing is confirmed just yet, so do look out for an update on the correct thread.  If the reduction in the financial requirements becomes effective, I think there will be many others kissing Spanish soil too.  Watch this space.... 🤞

Best wishes,

Kim

Hi Paul,

I had to check the correct thread myself - we have a couple running on a similar theme.  It's the "Online TIE applications" one:

Make the most of the heat in the UK - it's good practice for a Spanish summer 🥵😉

Best wishes,

Kim
