I tried joining online, off their webpage, but their form, once completed with all the required details, doesn't appear to get sent back to them no matter how many times I try, and there's no confirmation notice it has actually been sent. So it's a tad difficult, I find.

They had a problem which was supposed to have been fixed so try again. I couldn't join for about 3 weeks. If it still doesn't work, try emailing Phil [email protected] .
He does the software problems. Just explain it to him.
