If this is connected to your other thread about neighbouring windows overlooking your pool I would advise you to think carefully before what I would term "revenge construction".
Getting into a legal dispute with neighbours can be stressful, tiring and expensive, and for some can defeat the original reason for retiring to Spain.
These words are not intended to be offensive to you, simply a friendly "think carefully do you really want to do this".
As you know the saying goes act in haste repent at leisure.
