Can anyone let me know what the orientation /information as regards to sunlight or neighbourhoods etc on this road in denia please .? Thank you

Personally? I wouldn't buy there. Restricted sun for sure. Great views though! If you're going to have to take a car out to go into Denia, which you will from there, you might be just as well looking on the Javea side which gets all day sun.

Thank you for your reply, very helpful.
This property in the Montgo, the front faces north and back faces south .
I was also looking at a property in the La Sella urbanisation also. Any insights you have for this area? The front of the La sellproperty faces south east

I was also looking at a property in the La Sella urbanisation also. Any insights you have for this area? The front of the La sellproperty faces south east
La Sella is really nice. Probably more secure too, plus you have a Farmacia, cafe and mini market on site. Plus it's closer to the excellent shopping mall on the N332 at Ondara.
With any potential property purchase I always advise to visit at least twice a day to see where the sun is falling, once in the morning and once in the evening.
If you can't visit in Jan/Feb factor in that the arc of the sun is slightly lower in winter.
