I am looking for a horticultralist position in denia, I have family in the town and I am wanting to relocate to denia from the UK. I am the Plant Manager of a garden centre in Harrogate England and I would love a similar position

If you are a UK passport holder you will need to apply for a work visa.
To be able to get a work visa you will need to apply for and gain a contracted work position. If you do get a contracted work position then your prospective employer will need to apply for a work visa on your behalf from the Spanish consulate in the UK.
Please be aware that ALL available work in Spain must be offered to an EU citizen first by law so realistically any work that you are seeking could easily be filled by a European citizen.
You could go the self employed route which is difficult and expensive.
If you could find a way to get an Irish passport then you can come to Spain as an EU passport holder and look for work.

By having a relative going back to grandparents. If you can prove you have historical ties with just one grandparent they will issue you with an Irish passport.
