We are just up from bar El Campus and at worst I. E. Shortest day of the year, we lose the sun at 2.30pm which is about 3 hours before the Denia coastline loses it. Obviously, if you go higher you lose it earlier. If you are facing north you don't get much sun at all in the centre until the sun gets higher. There is a sun locator app that you can use but I'm not sure what it is called. The lack of sun in the afternoon for a couple of months doesn't bother us as we have beautiful views all year round to make up for it. Good luck.

Views are great but if you are looking to spend winter months in Spain, long sunny days are more important.

Where we are is a great area, very safe and not loads of noisy holiday lets. We'd be happy to meet up with you and talk about the pros and cons of living here, if you want to.
