Hi there. Recently we had all our recycling bins replaced outside our apartment in Denia. Unfortunately we can't access the food waste receptacle, as it appears that you require a card to do so.
Could anyone advise how and where we can obtain this card?

Probably from your town hall.
Many towns are now limiting access food waste bins to evening hours to avoid having them baking in the sun all day and stinking as a result.

Ok thanks for that. There doesn't seem to be any indication that there is a limit to the access, it's just that a card is required. I will look into it further. Cheers
Every town seems to work to their own rules so difficult to say what a card from yours will or will not give you access to.
