Would anyone give advice on who are the best for Money Transfers from British Banks to Spanish Banks and who gives best exchange Rates.

I used to use Moneycorp, but for several years now have used Transferwise. Once you've got it set up, it takes about a minute to do a transfer. I did the last transfer one morning and it was in my bank here later the same day.
Just look at the various websites for rates and make your own decision.

I just transfer the money my self from my UK account. Do it on a morning and in Spanish account the same day.
