Does anyone have any experience with SAIP department in Vinalopo hospital Eleche
Do they help with queries over waiting for a opertion

If you are on the list for a procedure and are unsure of how long it will be, you can log into the patient portal area of the GVA salud site and check how it is going. You just need your SIP card number, date of birth and date of issue of SIP card. They will send you a code to your phone which you enter and then see how long the waiting list is for that procedure, how long you've been on the list etc.

I hae dealt with that department at Elche General Hospital and found them very helpful.
I imagine that the Vinalópo would be the same.
Can't guarantee they speak english, so if you don't speak Spanish take a translator with you.
Take your SIP card, residence document and anything else you think might help.
