Hi , we have a house on Alkabir ( the white one ). We are thinking about doing some building work Eg adding a loo in the under stairs area and maybe building a bit on the front too . I realise that this would probably require 2 types of permission ( major and minor ) Any recommendations for a local builder who would do the work and apply for all the permits and complete paperwork? Thanks
