I don't suppose you would know if this is true but the Spanish accountant I used told me that since Brexit Brits can no longer put expenses against rental income such as electricity etc. Now it is just a case of gross rental income less 24% tax to be paid.
Correct - post Brexit the tax rate for UK residents that should be input on the Modelo 210 re rental income is 24% and no deductions are allowable.
(It used to be 19% [as an EU resident] with a list of various allowable deductions).
