We are in the process of buying a property in El Raso. Our agent has recommended Visona in Torrevieja to deal with all the legal stuff. Has anyone had any experience of them? Also, if anyone can recommend any other lawyer I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
Never use the solicitor recommended by the agent. You need one who is only going to be concerned with your interests, no matter how much the agent tell you it will be quicker, easier or cheaper.

We used Uma at getlegalinspain.com for sorting many other things out for us afterwards and she was fantastic and they offer a house buying service so if it's anything like the service we got from her, I would certainly sound them out.

We are using Visona, due to complete in a few weeks, have found Carolina very helpful throughout both when we’ve met her and via email.
Try Civil SP in Torreveija they all speak excellent English and are very professional and reasonably priced

We bought in El Raso , moved in Jan this year, we love it. We used Fontanals solicitors, in Quesada, near Aldi, excellent service, English speaking. They also helped with our residencia and wills. Highly recommend. Hope you enjoy el Raso, there is so much going on there and plenty to explore nearby
