A very dangerous suggestion.......
Someone inside may be reliant on the electricity supply for medication or medical purposes.

I agree with tebo53, what a stupid & dangerous suggestion, there are many suggestions to dealing with noise from holiday makers ( who are only here temporarily) but resorting to tampering with fuses to other properties is probably an offence itself so I hope the O.P has more sense than to listen to your advice...They should be very glad they don't live in Los Palacios, near you, if that's how you deal with things.
