Hi There is an adjudicator connected to the locality, you may get the name/address/telephone/email from the town hall, they act as a local sheriff to sort out problems between neighbours who cannot do this for themselves, perhaps you could see who it is in your area. I am sorry I cannot be more specific as to a name, but if you explain your problem in the town hall and say you want to speak with the arbitrator they may cough up the information.

Extremely surprised the guardia aren’t doing anything about it.  They patrol El Raso  at least 6 times a day and are usually extremely keen on keeping noise and music under control.  You normally don’t even have to report a noise they’ll just turn up  and stop it whilst doing their rounds.

Perhaps with it being the big fiesta weekend  they’re turning a blind eye.

Have a word with your president  they  should be made aware that there is a problem on the community.

I can’t understand why, when you rang them they didn’t come out and told you not to ring again. That does not sound like Guardamar police at all.

Go to your Ayuntamiento, (city council) they can tell you if the property has a licence to rent. You could tell them of your problem of noise too and explain your situation.

They are renters,i will look for the licence, what i have noticed is different cars, different people coming and going all the time, but always French number plates.

the licence will be easy to see, it has to be displayed in full view outside the property, it will look something like this,
I have obscured the numbers so no one can copy it and use mine

it is illegal to rent without this or to advertise, so if you dont see it, go to the police, they will take action on the noise, . All rentals also have to send Guardia Police details of clients that rent so if local police dont seem interested, go to Guardia, they will def take action, if it is not legal they will close it down until the licences are in place, and if the noise continues after they have been, they will issue a fine to the owner and the renter. if you dont speak enough Spanish ask someone to go with you,

Tried, the speakers are as large as our fridge freezer, placed outside the villa, which from ours is two villa's away, not many other villa's occupied. The people are French nationals,we understand they are on holiday, hope so,now we have a lull,if like last week it will start later into the early hour...

...s of Monday, this not some radio 2 turn down a little will you, this is noise you would expect from large outside speakers, yes live and let live, but with some respect.

My sympathies. Their utilities box must be outside, pull the fuses. That'll confuse them for a while. On another night, really late when everyone's in bed pull them again but remove them this time. Failing that call in the S.A.S.
