Hi can anyone tell me what the loud fire crackers this morning are for. I know it's a red day and the day of the bike but they are really loud and quite prolonged today.  Thanks

Could it be from the huge fiesta at the caves in Rojales?

Hi Socym,

The 1st May each year is a national fiesta for Día de Trabajadores, i.e. Labour Day.  When it falls on a weekday, it's also a Red Day.

Kind regards,

Kim
