Property for sale torrevieja area

Hi there.
I'm due in torrevieja on the 15th October for a week with my family to look for a property for use as a holiday home. We're looking for a 2 bedroom property with communal pool or access to a pool locally.modern with good size terrace for around €60000 purchase price. If anybody has any advice on the best areas to search or knows any properties that might be of interest in would appreciate any help.
