Psichotechnico test for driving licence
Hi, am I right that these tests happen in medical centres that have been approved by the government? Or are there government centres too? Do they all charge the same for the test?

I think they are all private businesses accredited by the Department of Transport and set up to provide the medical assessments required for the driving licence.
You can probably Google a list in your area. They don't all charge the same. I did mine five years ago in Denia, cost about 35€ and consisted of a basic medical exam (blood pressure, eyesight, etc) and a test on a sort of computer game arrangement where I manipulated two paddles to keep a cursor on a road which was moving on the computer screen. Measures coordination and reactions. Pretty straightforward.
My husband just got tested at one in Gandia which, because it wasn't busy just did it as a walk in, no appointment needed - €25.
