Welke internet provider biedt een on/off internet aan. Als ik naar huis ga dat ik internet kan uitzetten en bij aankomst weer aan kan zetten

Depends where in the Gandia you are. Usually "On off" services are offered by the wireless internet companies ( incorrectly called wifi internet).
In the Gandia area you have the options of Saforwifi, Telsinet, Holawifi, TNS (for Oliva) - but your location in relation to their masts will also be a deciding factor
