I would like to ask about air conditioning
My apartment have 130 m2 4 big rooms and big living room
How much ?

You are looking at 600-700 per unit with basic installation, That means about 3 meter of Ducting and cable, then it extra depends where Air unit goes on internal wall, As you are in Apartment try contacting some neighbours, Local knowledge 😉 is often the best

You can get them very cheap these days unlike when I used to install them in Spain. Units now are cheap but go for a good one like Fugitsu / General. Installers like me fit them free as the units sold you get such a good discount as an installer, I used to get 40 % discount so fitting 4 that you can easily do in a day or two you are very well in pocket. Get the heat pump too as they are great in winter and there is very little in price difference.
