Painters Decorators Bathroom Kitchen installers

Hi
We are seriously looking at buying in the Gandia Beach area. Preferably a chalet Most that we've seen need bathrooms Kitchens refitted and painting decoration plus installation of air conditioning. Can anyone recommend an affordable good reliable local company that will manage the lot or at least give good advise on how to go about it We are bilingual no there is no language barrier.
