Hi does anyone know how you can get an urgent appointment at the social security to get your S1 stamped. My husband is in need of urgent medical treatment and we have been waiting ages

I presume you are wanting to register your S1 with the INSS after which you will need to take all the paperwork to your local medical centre (Salud) to be accepted there & allocated a Dr.
After that you'll need an appt. with your Dr to either issue a prescription/or refer to hospital etc.
The online appointment system is very busy and only persistant trying will get you an appt..... If it is a wait at the moment - your alternative, if your husbands care is urgent is to pay to see a private Dr. while you wait for the process, Ive explained to take place. I dont know which way you are trying to get an appt but the link below gives you details of phone & online details

thank you so much. yes all you have said is correct and we are just waiting. it is so frustrating as all we need is the S1 stamped and then all is good. ahhhh
