Bus pass for seniors

We are trying to get a gold card bus pass for seniors. We have been to the bus stations in Santa Pola and Alicante but neither could help. Where else should we try?

I've lived here many years & have never heard of a gold card pass for seniors for bus travel ( train - yes) If you succeed with this, if you post details on here it could be very useful.

Hi to all in GA.
Do you have to pre-buy a bus ticket before boarding the bus to either Santa pola or Alicante? or do they still accept a cash payment while boarding?

Cash payments are fine Thomas....Try & get small change, no big notes....
