Where to buy

Hi
we are looking to buy a holiday home in the near future. We want somewhere not too busy, but a few bars and restaurants, dog friendly,beaches nearby, not too far from the airport, pretty, good value for money, preferably coastal also in view of the recent floods would be good to know what areas to avoid. For those of you that know the Costa Blanca and Costa Calida really well, also thinking about Murcia region would love any advice and tips. We are going to Los Alcazares for a couple of weeks and would love suggestions of where to have a look at.. Feel free to pm me if you would prefer
