Looking for a job: Cleaner in Gran Alacant

We are a holiday property owner of a two bedroom town house, in Gran Alacant, its a registered property on Mediteraneo one that we rent out to guests but our changeover person is giving up with the changeovers and we are looking for a replacement person..

In summary what we need:-

Is someone who can clean the property when guests have left upstairs and down, and mop the floors. etc

Strip the bedding (its a small two bed townhouse, upstairs and down). Replace it with clean bedding from the house and get the existing 

bedding laundered for the next guest. 

In some cases we need to arrange a meet and greet (you meet the guests drop the keys off with them and pick them up on their departure. (Paid for separately on top of your cleaning fee)

The main thing that's vey important with changeover is being able to always be contactable via phone and email. Its not difficult just needs people to be organised and responsive. It cant work properly without good two way contact between us and the people involved in doing the changeovers. 

We probably don't get more than 5 or 6 bookings per year with a season of approx. May to Oct some weeks and even months will have no bookings at all. On the times a guest will leave on Saturday the property will need cleaning and later that day a new guest will arrive. We arrange changeover times to accommodate cleaning of the property between the persons leaving and the new guest arriving.

What we don't want is someone taking this task on that are not really sure about wanting to do it, we need someone who we can rely on over the years, and can be helpful and level headered if something goes wrong. things break and sometimes we would need the changeover person to help find a fix, they are there and we are here so we rely on the person to help sort out  simple issues.
