I quite agree with Kimmy. Seur are an absolute disaster and I'm sure they loose more things than they deliver. In my case, as I live about 6km out of town, they don't even bother turning up saying the address was incorrect, they left it with Joe Bloggs on any other excuse they can dream up.
I think they just chuck things in the bin, rather than deliver it.
What I do now is have all parcels delivered to a friendly estate agent in town. If it's an address the driver knows then you stand a better chance of getting it.
Not the news you wanted to hear, but Seur are not much different to any other carrier in Spain. Based on personal experience over a number of years.
