Due to a special diet I need to buy food that does not contain wheat milk eggs nuts and seeds , for example Alpro soya milk and yogurts, Schar bread, and Kellogg’s Frosties or shapes . Oven chips ( no wheat ), chicken nuggets, fishfingers, burgers, biscuits, lolly’s etc . And any restaurants in los Arenales and gran alacant that cook allergy free meals suitable for children

Mercadona sells a wide range of gluten free foods as well as soya milk etc. Many of the restaurants in Gran Alacant also offer vegan and gluten free dishes too.

Thank you very much! Actually, I also need to change the existing double bed ideally for 2 singles, any ideas where’s best to buy them from please? This would be next week?

If you have a car, the bed shop in El Altet is the best place. On entering El Altet from GA, it is at the first set of traffic lights on the right, opposite the Merca China.
If you don't have a car, then K+ Muebles in the GA Commercial Centre.
