I am in Guardamar for 3 mths and wud like to do some volunteering while im here, preferably dog walking cleaning up at rescue centre or charity shop. I do av a car but never used it. I also av 2 small dogs of my own. If i can be of use to any charity plz let me know. Ruth

Reachout is a great charity supporting the homeless and families in the area.They are always looking for volunteers. Lots of English speakers.

The other option is the shelter for dogs and cats. They also welcome volunteers, especially dog walkers. The building is by the firestation opposite the Habaneras shopping centre. There is a signpost.
Alternatively, Google charity shops near you.

SAT which is an animal charity, mostly dogs, have a lovely shop in a side street, close to Guardamar Town Hall.
Open from 10.00 to 13,30 Monday to Saturday. I am sure they would be very to have you with them.
They are on Facebook "SAT charity shop Guardamar".
