Hi everyone, I tried to withdraw some cash today from Caixa bank in Guadamar, using my u.k starling card and they wanted  to charge me €7 to withdraw €250.

I'm sure there is a cheaper bank to use for cash withdrawals. Does anyone know which bank is best with minimal charges for withdrawals, in or around Guadamar area. Thanks

Hi, Caixa charged me 7 Euro to withdraw cash with WISE card, Sabadell only charged 1.80 Euro, folk have said Deutsche Bank is free but not sure that applies to Starling cards.

Use a UK Santander debit card. Qualifying UK accounts are able to withdraw cash from any mainland Spanish Santander ATM at the visa exchange rate, fee free. Just don't press the convert to euros button!

Find a bank (atm) that your bank has an agreement with.(Will vary depending on your country)

NEVER agree to convert, always pay in local currency.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID any ATM that says EURONET. They charge 14%+ AND a huge conversion fee

I can confirm that there are no charges to withdraw money on a Starling card at a Deutsche bank atm, did this a couple of days ago.
