Good afternoon I have made enquiries about shipping some boxes back to the uk I am resident
The only thing is the removal company have asked for me to fill in a tor it's a government form to say I am a british but I think I would have to give up my resident in spain as I dont want to

Hi,
The form you have been asked to complete is the ToR1, I've provided a link below. However this form is only relevant if you are returning to become a resident in the UK . To transfer/post goods to the UK as a resident of Spain will mean meeting the UK duty/VAT costs, where they are applicable.

It's just some personal things that if anything happens to myself or my husband my children
Have photos and nik naks they will be with them and not left in spain
I will have to look into how much it would be vat
