One month ago I bought a car and within a week I had big problems I could not start the car. We live in the mountains so I really need a car! I called Guardamar cars and at first they did not want to help me because it wasn't within the garantee while I have a garantee where there is no messages that not mean something is excluded. After many messages I was really very angry they only want to help me if I paid half. So I had to pay half and had to rent a car.

It is not normal when you

buy a car and within a week you cant drive anymore. I have a garantee and which does not mean something is excluded and certainly not when you cannot drive with your car!!!

So when you want to buy a car there pay attention on your garantee because it seems like you have a guarantee but in the end it will be limited !!

Today I went to Steve from Guardamar cars to collect my permiso the green card but I did not receive my ficha technica that is the blue or white card with all the technical data of the car. Steve told me that he had already give it to me when I bought the car. But that is absolutely not true I only received the contract and the justificante and there I could read that all of the papers were at the gestoria. When I spoke to Steve again he said that he had already given it to me !! It is just a revenge action because I had given my opinion all over the internet!!

So an advice to everybody who will buy a car there pay attention because it is not really a reliable company !!!

How awful for you I had them on my list to visit in January as we are looking to buy a car thank you for the warning.

Its really know where in te guarantee that says that its only for the engine and transmission. Indeed its seems normal when you buy a car that its strange that you have this kind of problems within a week it was not a small problem but I could not drive anymore had to call the grua missed a day work and had to rent a car!! Then when everything was finally done and fixed I came back for my papers and I did not receive my ' ficha technica" l so I had to go to the ITV to ask a copy and that I have to pay also!!!

So for future customers to come be aware!!!!"

I was shocked to read this as we bought a car from Steve there . I am also aware of other buyers from there who recommended them Steve was Very helpful explained everything in English to us, went through all the documents explaining and translating each. Full ITV with relevant documents supplied , perhaps it was your battery ?? But if your car is insured the breakdown service would have been able to advise what the fault was !

Especially in the beginning everything is fine in order Steve is certainly a great salesman nice and want to do everything ....... to sell you a car. But now there are problems and then you are faced with a closed door. What mattered to me was when you buy a car and it is mentioned full warranty even if it is on the engine etc then I find it unacceptable that within a week you can not use your car and you will not be helped correctly. With a lot of pain and effort he paid half of the expensive repair and it was not a battery problem but the gas pump was something with a filter that had never been renewed. I also think that when you are selling second-hand cars you have to take care that everything is checked and is not normal that you cannot use your car within a week!!!! So I hope for you that you will not get any problems !!
