If the fine has a bar code, you can usually present that below the keypad at any Caixa ATM machine, once you are logged in. Then follow the online steps for payment. Whoever was driving your car should reimburse you. As to finding your local post office and bank, try google!

Speeding fines in Spain don’t always come with points. If you’re just over the speed limit you might not get points. My wife was caught by a camera slightly over a 100k limit and got no points, just a fine. I was considerably over a 60 (because the limit suddenly dropped from 120 to 60) and got a 400€ fine and they took away 4 points.

Just type Suma.es click on the Suma Tax administration and on the first page it says Pay your taxes and traffic fines, I used this a couple of months ago very easy to use.
