where do you all live

im looking for new build , preferred option, with a few brits, brit  pubs, originally looked at costa calida but felt too

quiet, just putting out feelers so know where to start searching ,

thanks but what do u  mean about new builds, if i buy, say , and rest are not sold,they dont move on , or do u mean all sold before start building, , 

on new builds , they ask for 50%, do the builders need this money to finance , or do most have the finance to build regardless of how many sold ,

I strongly recommend that you don't confine your search to new builds. Look at second-hand, where any problems with the build will already have been sorted, heating and cooling will have been installed, gardens will be mature, and prices may very well be better than those for new properties.

Hi my name is Michelle and I would like to rent a villa in the villa Martin Los dolses or San Miguel area I have looked on line going through agents but seems very expensive. I had been told it's very cheap to rent, I want a long term rent if possible as want to try before I buy. So don't know if anyone can point me in the right direction many thanks.
