We are considering to move to guardamar del segura next year. However we would like to hearing for English expat .

My wife & I live in portic Mediteraneo next to el Moncayo which is between La Mata & Guardamar this allows us to walk to both towns plus we are a 10 minute walk from the beach over the dunes. We both love Guardamar tha fact it is still very Spanish. has the best beaches in the area and quite maybe too quite for sum, but you can always drive or get a taxi to Torrevieja or Queseda if you want a night out that is more British & lively. If you have any specific questions as I take it you have visited the place then let me know.
