Try Galerías Jaime, totally Spanish but have been good for us over 16 years. Try to ask for Cristine as she understands English, although reluctant to speak English to people that she doesn't know. Be prepared for cold water inlet only and I am told that Spanish detergent is suitable for this cold wash. I think towels need to be dried in our 320 days sunshine otherwise they will need a hot wash. As retired residents we have a contract for reduced tariff electricity from 23:00 hours until !3:00 hours (overnight and all morning). Galerías Jaime is halfway along Calle Pais Valenciano, and has the cutout lifesize figure of the owner on the road/ pavement outside the shop doorway. Best wishes, Peter

As said before on here,your local " Tien 21" will sell at good prices,deliver and install and remove old one.

Personally I would go to Euronics, good prices, great after sales service and they speak english.

BTW in Spain it's normal service for white goods and electronics to be installed and set up.

Honos Garcia will deliver and take away any old machine, they don’t charge for delivery unlike most retailers. It’s in Torre on the Av.Valencia’s .

We bought a washing machine from Milar in Town a few years ago. They installed it and took the old one away and one of the guys spent time explaining the programmes in English, as the instructions were in Spanish. Excellent service. 

Always had very good service from Don De in Quesada , they speak English and are very helpful. Plenty of choice too.
