im inquiring about a recent water bill i received from the local supplier HIDRAQUA.....ive been expecting my present bill for the last few weeks,but i havent received it yet,i went to visit there office and they told me its not due yet and said it will arrive at your address soon,im sure its long overdue....my inquiry is how long do they give you to pay the bill after it arrives or even after a possible reminder...im just a bit concerned in case they have made a mistake,also my postbox has been tampered with before so that could be one of the reasons..i just need the answer regarding how long after i had the initial bill will they disconnect me..cheers TERRY

They es ir more tan 3 months to disconnect the water.

I would recommend to go to the office and tell them you want the invoice by email. You can do it yourself in the website too.

I agree with Miguel, and don't think you need to worry. Our last bill was the middle of May, so the next one will only be due the middle of August.

Register for online access and you can view your bills, and also arrange electronic billing. Preferably also set up payment by direct debit.
