Try Iberdrola Clientes on Facebook Messenger. You will need either your passport number or NIE, depending on which was registered with them, initially. Also your name and contract number from your bill. You can message them in English too and they will respond

Pop into Almoradi where there is a Ibedrola shop. One of the women at the counter speaks good English and they can sort out problems. Take all papers needed.
