Cochlear implant
I have a cochlear implant in one ear and wear a hearing aid in the other ear.
I am retiring early and permanently moving to spain. Does anyone know how i will get spare parts, batteries, servicing etc after i leave the UK?

Lots of hearing aid centres around and about, so you won’t have a problem. Although I buy my batteries in bulk from Amazon es as they’re much cheaper.
As for servicing learn from my costly mistake.
About a year before I moved to Spain I purchased a new pair of hearing aids from Specsavers in the U.K.. Top of the range Siemens Aids, very expensive. Having worn hearing aids for years, I had regular tests, regular adjustments and as you know the audiologist just re programs the aids to suit. .
I been in Spain 6 months and one aid either needed needed adjustment or the microphone has died. I knew that Specsavers in Spain didn’t do hearing aids, so found a local audiologist. That’s when I found out that although Specsavers use branded hearing aids, they are programmed with Specsavers own software. I was left with the option of either returning to the U.K. to see if they could be repaired and if they couldn’t, then I would have to return three weeks later to collect, so I was looking at two return journeys each time they needed adjustment. It was August at the time and flights were expensive! I bit the bullet in the end and purchased another set of very expensive hearing aids but this time there are programmed with the manufacturers own software so can be adjusted across the globe.
My advice is check what the operating software on your hearing aid.
