Has anyone stayed at or know about this parador? I can’t find any reviews later than 2019. It was due a refurbishment. Am wondering if this happened and what it’s like now. Trying to plan holiday/visit in October.
Other option is the Posada del Mar in Denia. Any views re fortnight’s holiday welcome.

Hi,
We have used this hotel a few times before finally buying a villa in Javea. The last time we stayed was November 2020. We always found the staff helpful and pleasant. The rooms are what you would expect for a medium priced hotel. Breakfast good but no evening meals if I remember correctly. I think you could get snacks. There are so many wonderful places to eat within easy walking distance so that isn’t a problem. There is a secure parking area and an outdoor pool. We thought the hotel was a good location and Javea is so lovely. Three distinct areas, The Arenal, The Port and the Old Town. Denia is lovely too but I think Javea has the edge but I am bias😂😂
