Ficha Tecnica Reducida without CoC

I've been reading the forum for a long time and this is the first time asking for advice: I have a Dutch car for which I cannot obtain a CoC document so importing the car is challenging. The car was imported from Canada, I found out as part of this process, and therefore lacks the CoC. Now theoretically it shouldn't be too hard to recreate a Ficha Tecnica Reducida, I would think, as it just needs the kinds data already available online. Is there any company that any knows of that could do that against a reasonable fee?

Only a vehicle's manufacturer can provide a CoC or a Fiche Technica, they are not documents which can be created from data.

Be careful of some of these cheap prices. They do them and they aren't worth anything, which you'll find out when you go to the ITV centre.
