Have you tried contacting the Ju Ju Ju Aquacenter in Benissa? That's where we purchased ours from and when the main circuit board went a bit do-hickey they sent an engineer out to replace it. The Service personally do speak English but the engineers do not, so make sure you tell them exactly what the problem is or have a really good WiFi so you can use Google translate!

Meridian Stoves in Jalon are basically an English owned stove supplier etc. Look them up and give them a ring, they are very helpful
