Amjasa water billing issue

I’ve just had a bill 6x more than normal for my water from Amjasa.. they’re not at all responsive and their bills don’t seem to show any meter readings . anyone got any tips for dealing with them please ?

Hello

 It sounds like there may be a leak somewhere.   I  dont know how you have tried to contact them but today is the 2nd Bank Holiday in Spain this week, so if you have called & got no reply , that is why.

If not then here is the number ....965790162.

 I never bother emailing companies  in Spain as they are rarely replied to ...so phone calls usually work out best, if you are not here....If you are, then calling into their offices is the best plan

It may be that they have altered the billing period. Our bills were bi-monthly with the 1st Xno. Of m3 at a lower rate and then a higher rate for subsequent m3. Now it has gone to quarterly bills we are always in the higher rate at the end of the quarter
