Thanks .She has done this and now communicated with insurance
Biggest problem is Sunday in Spain is not the best day to need a car problem resolving.
Halford should open branches in Spain.They would clean up!!

You can buy batteries from Carrefour.
And all insurance companies in Spain included breakdown, unable to start in their policies and service. No need to pay for a separate service as in the UK.
