Abogado - Freehold Commercial Premises

I'm currently looking at investing more into Spain for a small freehold premises that is currently being let as a bar. The tenants have been renting in excess of 10 years and want to continue if my deal goes through.
Has anybody got any solid recommendations for an Abagado who specialises in this field?
Has anybody got experience or has gone through this scenario which essentially is a commercial purchase. I had no problems with my property purchase a number of years ago but I see this a bit different. I'm an experienced investor in the UK which is obviously easier due to the language.
