Do these actually work here in Spain. There seems to be a lot of confusion about this.

Yes they do we have been useing them for months now as they are android you can put so much stuff into them.The apps that come preloaded unless stated FREE does not work here.With Kodi and Mobdro loaded in them you really dont need much else.Hope that cleared a few points up for you.Kenny

So do they carry tv, or movies and British series? Sorry, just trying to understand. Does Kodi work, and what can you watch on it. Do they streamm direct, or do they buffer like YouTube and Netflix?
