Site Person Required La Marina Must Speak Spanish & English
My name is Colin Band and I am looking for a person required to oversee all the tasks on site for development of a caravan park which I am planning. I have the land just on the outskirts of La Marina, I need someone who doesn't mind doing some physical work around the site with good time and communication skills to be able to communicate between myself and trades or find local trades with reasonable prices etc and have good common sense. I will be travelling between the site and the UK . This is not a full time job more a part time job but you can live on site if you want. Works and tasks only as and when and gradually I will be putting facilities in and I can offer a temporary touring caravan to live on site if the person likes, I'm not a big company and currently it is just a land plot which we have applied for planning permission and preparing and gaining licences etc so not loads to do at present. However the right person will have the chance to progress with me to a more exciting role as the project moves forward. If you know anyone please share this advert. The person must be trustworthy.
